At Gold Coast Prints, we always do our best during the initial emails to ensure you're satisfied with the image you have sent through and/or any edits we have suggested.

Please ensure you're happy with your images prior to order

Due to the high quality and cost of paper, Genuine HD Epson inks and Fine Art Printing process, all sales are final and we're unable to issue refunds.*

*If we are at fault and have made an error regarding your order or size requirements we will immediately replace, refund and/or rectify the mistake free of charge.

If, the customer receives a damaged print, they must notify the fine art photography printing business with photographic evidence of the damaged print within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
